Return Process

Contact our sleep specialists via email or phone within 100 days of delivery to start your return or comfort exchange process.
- 2.Verification and Approval
Provide a copy of your original receipt and photos of the mattress to confirm it is in clean, hygienic condition and free of structural damage.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to pick up the mattress from your home or facilitate the delivery of your new selection.
- 4.Refund Processing
After the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
